Terms of Service

The Service is provided by Subbie Safe (ABN 26 686 752 718), Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be lawfully excluded.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using SubbieSafe ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What SubbieSafe does
SubbieSafe is a subcontractor compliance tool. You can collect, store and monitor insurance and licence documents from your subcontractors. The Service does not constitute legal, insurance or compliance advice. You are responsible for verifying the validity of documents and your own regulatory obligations.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant SubbieSafe a limited licence to host, process and display this content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any third-party documents (e.g. subcontractor insurance certificates).
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attempt to breach security, or send unsolicited communications.
6. Subscription & trial
SubbieSafe may offer a free trial. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time. On termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reminder notifications will always be delivered.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubbieSafe's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. GST
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Where Subbie Safe is registered for GST, prices are inclusive of GST and a valid tax invoice will be issued.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales unless otherwise required by law.
